By using MyCoHoPlus you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your cooperative housing society (e.g. a committee member, manager or designated representative).
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to send unlawful communications.
4. Subscription & payments
Each society receives a 15-day free trial. Continued access requires an active subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Data ownership
Your society retains ownership of its data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by your society in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
