Your society's data belongs to your society. We are merely custodians, and we take that responsibility seriously.
What we collect
- Society details — name, address, registration number, flat list
- Member details — name, contact, ownership/tenancy records
- Financial records — bills, receipts, vendor payments, statements
- Operational records — visitors, complaints, notices, meetings
Where it lives
Data is stored on encrypted servers hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure within India. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
Who can access
Only authorized members of your society — based on roles you assign — can view your data. Our engineers access production data only when required for support and only with audited consent.
Your rights
You may request a full export or deletion of your society's data at any time. Email privacy@mycohoplus.in.
Compliance
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), the IT Act 2000, and applicable Maharashtra Cooperative Societies regulations.
